The course covers the most common IELTS essay types and shows you how to identify them quickly. The general approach and structure are the same for all essays, so as long as you identify what the question asks you to do, and respond to that question (task prompt) appropriately, you’ll be fine!
No. Structures help you organise ideas, but memorised essays or fixed phrases are penalised.
You should write at least 250 words, ideally no more than 350. Focus on answering the question clearly rather than writing as much as possible.
Only if they are clear and accurate. At all levels, clarity is more important than complexity. Your ideas do not need to be complex, just make sure they directly respond to the question (task 2 prompt).
